Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, seeks an experienced installer to join our on-site team in Minnesota. As a 1099 contractor, you will install home remodeling products to our high standards and communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the project.

This role offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, and flexible scheduling, with the potential to earn up to $300K per year through performance and commissions. Strong carpentry and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows or kitchens.
• Established LLC or business.
• Workers' comp and liability insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
