Mad City Windows and Bath, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer to join our team in Wisconsin. Earn up to $300,000 annually with year-round work and a flexible schedule.

We provide paid training and bonuses as part of a nationwide network of trusted home renovation brands. Installers will work on remodeling projects, communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete job checklists with homeowners.

Competenze

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.

Mansioni

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
