Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a skilled Bath Installer to deliver high-quality residential remodels in the Kansas City area. This role emphasizes professional installation of baths, showers and related fixtures in line with company standards.

The position offers year-round work with paid training, performance bonuses, and direct deposits, aiming to earn contractors between $150,000 and $300,000 annually, depending on jobs and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels.
• Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
