Job summary

Soaring Eagle Technologies seeks an experienced UAS Pilot to support wind turbine inspection operations across the United States. This 1099 contractor role is based in the Houston area with hybrid/remote work when not deployed in the field.

You will conduct drone inspections on utility-scale turbines, follow FAA regulations, capture imagery, and coordinate with field teams and customers while traveling nationwide.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial UAS operating experience.
• Experience in industrial, utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe commercial flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Capture high-quality imagery and inspection data using enterprise drone platforms.
