Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician / Residential Service Technician on a 1099 basis in the Dallas, TX area. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and installations across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances and general handyman tasks, diagnose issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Must own tools and vehicle, have 3+ years of related experience, EPA certification for HVAC, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck, van, or SUV and bring your own tools.
• 3+ years experience in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates.
• Preferred: 3+ years in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades.
• Able to lift and handle tools and materials as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
• Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

• HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification
• General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• W9 with valid Tax ID required
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required prior to receiving work orders
