Beyond Clean Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Commercial Cleaning Staff in Suffolk County, New York. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position for commercial cleaning services.

You will clean and maintain client properties, perform general cleaning duties, sanitize restrooms and break areas, restock supplies, and follow client checklists. Dependability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial properties according to client expectations.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, waiting areas, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace bags; restock supplies as needed.
• Disinfect countertops, desks, tables, sinks, and other surfaces.
• Follow client instructions and cleaning checklists.
