Job summary

Beyond Clean Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Staff to service commercial clients in Suffolk County, New York. The role is an independent contractor position (1099) and requires you to maintain clean, sanitary business environments and adhere to client checklists.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing restrooms and offices, restocking supplies, deep-cleaning when needed, and reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not always required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and, when necessary, as part of a cleaning team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial properties according to company and client expectations.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, waiting areas, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace trash bags.
• Clean and disinfect countertops, desks, tables, sinks, toilets, and other surfaces.
• Clean floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other interior surfaces when assigned.
• Restock restroom supplies when required.
• Perform deep-cleaning services when assigned.
• Follow specific client instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Safely use cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns when identified.
• Maintain professionalism while working at client locations.
• Communicate effectively with the Beyond Clean Solutions team.
• Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled cleaning assignments.
• Respect client property, equipment, and confidential business environments.
• Help maintain the high-quality service and positive reputation of Beyond Clean Solutions.

1099 Independent Contractor Position

Job Summary

Beyond Clean Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaning Staff / Commercial Cleaners.

As a member of the Beyond Clean Solutions Cleaning Staff, you will provide professional cleaning services to commercial clients throughout Suffolk County. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and understand the importance of maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional business environments.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not a traditional W-2 employee position.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $18-20.00, depending experience

The number of cleaning opportunities may vary based on client demand, contracts, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not always required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned cleaning locations throughout Suffolk County.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proper documentation.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• Must be comfortable working in offices, businesses, and other commercial environments.
• Must be dependable and committed to providing excellent service.
