1099 Independent Contractor Position

Job Summary

Beyond Clean Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Staff / Residential Cleaners.

As a member of the Beyond Clean Solutions Cleaning Staff, you will provide professional cleaning services to residential clients throughout Suffolk County. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of providing excellent service to every client.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not a traditional W-2 employee position.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $18.00-20.00 hourly, depending on experience

The number of cleaning opportunities may vary based on client demand and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential homes according to company and client expectations.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Clean countertops, appliances, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and other household surfaces.
• Remove trash and replace trash bags when necessary.
• Change bed linens when requested.
• Perform deep-cleaning services when assigned.
• Follow client instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain professionalism while working inside clients’ homes.
• Communicate effectively with the Beyond Clean Solutions team.
• Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled cleaning assignments.
• Respect the privacy, property, and personal belongings of every client.
• Help maintain the high-quality service and positive reputation of Beyond Clean Solutions.

Requirements

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not always required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and, when necessary, as part of a cleaning team.
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned cleaning locations throughout Suffolk County.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proper documentation.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• Must be comfortable working inside clients’ homes.
• Must be dependable and committed to providing excellent service.
