Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring a 1099 Bath Installer to perform home remodeling installations and finish work per our standards. You will coordinate with homeowners and the internal team to ensure a smooth project and accurate final payments.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of remodeling or carpentry experience, with specific showers/tubs installation work. LLC or EIN status and proper insurance are required, and earnings potential is substantial with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in remodeling, carpentry or construction.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs.
• Must have LLC or EIN and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products per standards.

About the Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Key Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

• Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels

• Experience setting a drain and installing valves

• Established LLC or Business running under EIN

• Must have general liability and worker’s compensation insurance

• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
