As an Installer, you will work on home remodeling projects, ensuring quality installation of products according to company standards. With the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually, the role offers year-round work, flexible scheduling, and paid training.

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience required.
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens is a plus.
• Must have established LLC or business.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments after installation.

About the Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Key Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
• Established LLC or Business
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance
