Raley's is seeking a Center Store Assistant Team Leader to help lead a team and oversee day-to-day operations in our Center Store departments, including grocery, general merchandise, and liquor. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and deliver great customer experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and efficient stocking, ordering, and merchandising. This position offers a fast-paced environment, opportunities for growth, and a commitment to the well-being of team members.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer service oriented. Interest in food a plus!
• Customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar experience desired
• Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation
• Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
• Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions

Responsibilities

A Center Store Assistant Team Leader is a responsible, friendly Team Member who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while supervising and leading a team. Shifts may vary between early morning to overnight.
