Qualifications

• Experience managing SAP customer delivery, project management, service management, or similar enterprise technology engagements.
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience with SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP technologies.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating complex engagements across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage escalations, service requests, changes, and contractual commitments.
• Strong understanding of service-level management and operational delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point for questions, issues, and engagement-related activities.
• Lead customer engagements and ensure seamless alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives with key client stakeholders to support S/4HANA adoption and cloud standardization.
• Manage and coordinate account activities across customers, SAP teams, technical service managers, project leads, and other internal stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure contractually agreed services are delivered in accordance with customer expectations and established service levels.
• Manage and coordinate service requests and ensure change requests are processed in a timely manner.
• Partner with customer IT departments and business stakeholders to plan and coordinate service activities.
• Engage with management and C-level stakeholders to communicate priorities, risks, service performance, and transformation opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly service-level reporting to customers.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new services and SAP capabilities that increase customer business value.
• Coordinate delivery across SAP cloud offerings, HANA Enterprise Cloud, SuccessFactors, infrastructure services, and application managed services as applicable.
• Promote adoption of SAP technologies and standardization across customer environments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, profitability, and engagement performance.
