Job summary

Celbar Snack International LLC seeks a senior finance professional to partner with senior leadership across Logistics, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain. You will lead financial analysis, profitability assessments, and performance management initiatives to drive profitable growth.

You will develop advanced financial models, automate reporting, and guide planning processes while developing finance talent to strengthen organizational performance and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills for financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Integrated GB financial results, executive reports, forecasts and key performance metrics.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis related to customers, brands, products, revenue, credits and expenses.
• Develop P&L projections for new products or customers; liaise with Marketing for Barcel Global P&L per item per customer.
• Maintain pricing tables in Oracle; support intercompany financial communications and data accuracy.
• Build/maintain financial models, automate reports, and drive planning processes.
• Provide cost-to-serve analysis and reports using Vortex platform.

This position reports directly to the Director of Finance & Consolidation, Barcel Global, and serves as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include leading financial analysis and business performance management initiatives that drive profitable growth, support global business development. The role provides financial leadership and actionable insights to evaluate product, customer, and market profitability, enabling data-driven decision-making. It partners closely with leaders across Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align financial objectives with business priorities, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term growth strategies. Responsible for preparation of monthly Integrated GB financial results, executive reporting packages, forecasts, and key operating performance metrics. The position drives continuous improvement through the development of advanced financial models, reporting automation, planning processes, and analytical capabilities, while leading and developing finance talent to strengthen organizational performance and support strategic decision-making across the business.Responsibilities: Ad hoc financial analysis related to customers, brands, products, revenue, credits, and expenses. P&L projections for new products, new or existing customers, liaison with the Marketing department Barcel Global P&L monthly performance per item per customerResponsible for Integrated Financial Results Calculation and Reporting Continuing communication with Intercompany Financial departments Maintenance of Price list Oracle official pricing tables. Gathering of data and preparation of Finance Model financial results Evaluation of Costs Grupo Bimbo (Simulator) against Finance Model financial results Responsible for Cost to serve (Vortex platform), performance, and monitoring. Provide reports to Mexico Business Analysis Center team to calculate Cost to serve information and analyze to ensure data accuracy. Communicate with Catalogs Data Base responsible of any changes related to Pricing tables. Provide Reports to Control and monitor of Commercial Budget. Prepare graphs and tables for executive level presentations as needed. Profitability on pricing analysis Barcel ROW GL accounts – Cost of Goods reconciliation Special Projects as needed. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent Minimum +5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
