Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group is seeking an AM Line Cook to support our hotel’s food and beverage operations. You will prepare and cook items per recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist with inventory and training under the supervision of the Executive Chef.

The role requires strong kitchen experience, teamwork, and a commitment to food quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment at Cotton Court in Lubbock.

JOB SUMMARY

The AM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with hotel standards and recipes. This role supports the team by ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests, contributing to the overall operations of the hotel's food and beverage department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
