You bring a calm, confident presence to difficult conversations
You love untangling legacy structures—from job titles to pay bands
You’re adaptable, proactive, and deeply people-centered

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM or HRCI certifications a strong plus

  • Comfort navigating FMLA, ADA, performance issues, and org changes

  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed (mostly regional)
