Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Holtwood, PA. We offer full-time and part-time hours, a $1,000 signing bonus, and competitive wages ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Must have valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed.

Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Holtwood, PA.

Full-time and part-time hours available.

About the Role

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities. Your work helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
