A leading company specializing in life insurance seeks motivated individuals for a full-time customer service team. Associates will counsel working families, benefitting from extensive training and a commission-based earning structure. No prior licensing is necessary, and the role offers various benefits including health reimbursement and bonuses.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commission-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive your first payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning around $600 per sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We have streamlined the process for you to sell policies quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow your own agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
