Job Opportunity: Customer Service and Sales Associate

Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

This is a full-time position.

Who We Market To

We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas of family life with average income and health. We have numerous requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these demands.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure allowing associates to earn $600 from just one sale.

Training Provided

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! If you wish to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
