However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

This is a commissions-only role! Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 for just one sale.
