Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Who We Market To

We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

How We Get Paid

This is a commissions-only position! Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.

Training We Provide

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency if desired, within months.
