This full-time role focuses on counseling and serving working families in need of personal insurance care, offering comprehensive training and competitive earning potential through a commission structure. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these requests.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commission-only role! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could see payment within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts, enabling you to sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your agency within months if you desire.
