This role is commission-only. Our commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly—potentially within a week of your first policy sale. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from a single sale.
We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to enable you to sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you generate income and grow your agency within months if desired.
