Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Candidate Profile: Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

Target Market

We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs, focusing on families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

Compensation

This is a commissions-only role. The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly—you could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.

Training Provided

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to enable you to sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency if desired, achievable within months!
