Law Firms in California and New York seeks an experienced Trademark Paralegal to independently manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios while collaborating with attorneys to advance the practice.

You will handle clearance, filing, maintenance, and responses to Office Actions, leveraging strong docketing skills and familiarity with USPTO processes. This full-time, remote role offers a collaborative, high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. trademark prosecution and USPTO procedures.
• Strong familiarity with trademark docketing systems and deadline management; RightHub experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with USPTO Trademark Center and TSDR.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 to $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
