• Compensation Framework:
  • Weekly Gross Range: $1,000 to $1,200 weekly (~$52,000 to $62,400 annualized).
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 incentive paid out in scheduled increments.
• Operational Scope:
  • Mileage Volume: 1,100 to 1,300 miles per work cycle.
  • Geographic Territory: Regional ramp lanes across Kansas and Missouri.
  • Cargo Specifications: 100% No-Touch operations utilizing drop-and-hooks and standard live loads/unloads.
• Time & Shift Parameters:
  • Dispatch Shifts: Dedicated night shift schedule.
