River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking skilled LPNs and RNs for day and night shifts, with a new wage scale and shift differentials. Join a supportive team that values your patient care and collaboration.

Formación

• Current LPN/RN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN/RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration).
• Administer oral medications and injections.
• Test blood sugar levels.
• Urinary catheter insertion and care.
• Document patient records accurately.
• Communicate between patients, RNs, and physicians.

LPN/RN Job Description:

• Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance

• Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)

• Collect patient’s health information

• Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians

• Give oral medications and injections to patients

• Test a patient’s blood sugar levels

• Urinary catheter insertion and care

• Assist patients with personal hygiene

• Monitor for changes in patients

• Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patient’s medical records

• Asks questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.

• Acts as a role model for ancillary personnel.

• Maintains the confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records.

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

LPN/RN Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state.

• At least one year of LPN/RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.
