Job summary

KIPP DC Public Schools is seeking a Secondary Teaching Fellow for SY 2026-27 in Washington, DC. The one-year role offers hands-on mentorship, instructional support, and classroom management experience, with a Summer 2026 start.

It is an on-site position located in one of our middle or high schools. The Fellow will assist lead teachers, differentiate instruction, and participate in professional development while supporting student learning and classroom culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2026 (any major) required.
• Experience working with children or youth.
• Commitment to providing an excellent education for all students.

Responsibilities
