Who We Seek

As a 1:1 Teacher’s Aide, you will work in partnership with the classroom teacher to support the implementation and evaluation of daily lesson plans. In this role, you will provide individualized instruction, guidance, and support to one student, helping them achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals as outlined in their Individualized Education Program (IEP).

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth through specialized training and hands-on experience in special education. It is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a future career as a special education teacher.
