Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read, analyze and interpret professional documents and guidelines.
• Must be able to complete forms, write reports and engage in written correspondence.
• Demonstrated basic data collection and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce student learning and performance expectations established by certificated staff.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction under supervision.
• Provide personal care assistance to students as needed (toileting, feeding, etc.).
• Supervise students before/after school and during times when not in direct need of assistance.
• Assist in evaluating and adapting instructional strategies as directed.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student progress.
