Overview

Salesforce Administrator position in Columbia, SC. This on-site role is up to 12 months with the option of extension.

Responsibilities

• Provide online training and user support.
• Work with technical peers, technical and user management, users, vendors, and staff members; communicate clearly in spoken and written form.
• Collaborate within a team environment and support Salesforce configuration tasks.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on daily maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience in creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments.
• Proficiency in promoting code modifications and updates between Salesforce environments.
