Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support children and adolescents with emotional or behavioral challenges. You will travel daily to homes or schools, carrying out treatment plans and providing interventions with guidance from a Behavioral Consultant.

The role requires certification as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT, with at least 2 years in Behavioral Health and a High School diploma plus 40-hour RBT training. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT.
• 2 years’ prior Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an organization accredited by NCAC or ANSI.
• High School diploma or equivalent and completed the 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification (or ability to complete within first 10 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents 2–24 with emotional/behavioral disturbances.
• Travel to clients' home/school/service location daily and implement prescribed treatment plans.
• Educate and train parents/adults to utilize skills and provide positive reinforcement.
