Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while promoting independence and personal goals.

This role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process as part of a caring team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable caregiver required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to recipients in their homes.
