Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking Direct Care Workers to provide compassionate, 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping with daily living, skill-building activities, and community engagement to grow personal goals.

We offer flexible full- and part-time positions with paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to support caregivers in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes to support and help with skill-building activities.
• Encourage and assist Recipients in growing personal goals outside the home.
• Take recipients into the community for activities and growth.
