Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Support Staff to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan. You’ll provide compassionate in-home support, assist with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home setting.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and weekly pay. A flexible schedule and virtual interview process are offered to candidates who meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes.
