Job summary

The Vital Stretch Mequon River Centre in Mequon, WI is seeking an on-site assisted stretching coach to deliver one-on-one sessions and build personalized care plans. You will assess movement, guide clients, and document progress, while educating members on moves and progress.

Ideal candidates have a genuine interest in anatomy and movement, strong communication, and a willingness to become The Vital Stretch Method certified. Evening and weekend availability helps support a growing studio.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in anatomy, movement and helping people feel better.
• Strong communication and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Reliable, professional and comfortable working hands-on with clients.
• Evening (5-8 PM) and Saturday shifts available.
• Willingness to complete The Vital Stretch Method certification (paid training).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Conduct Vital Signs screenings and translate findings into care plans.
• Engage clients with educational conversations about progress and next steps.
• Maintain session notes in studio software.
• Manage member base with check-ins, texts, and follow-ups.
• Set and hit monthly goals with leadership.
• Assist with social media content creation.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support local community events.
