Job summary

The Vital Stretch Mequon is opening its first southeastern Wisconsin location in Mequon, offering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions designed by clinicians. You will deliver sessions, assess clients, and guide each member through personalized care plans to improve movement and reduce pain.

Ideal candidates are certified personal trainers or therapists with a passion for movement and recovery, able to work evenings and Saturdays, and willing to complete The Vital Stretch Method

Qualifications

• Interest in anatomy and movement with a focus on helping people move better.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working hands-on with clients in a studio setting.
• Willingness to complete certification through The Vital Stretch (paid).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients across ages and mobility levels.
• Conduct Vital Signs screenings and translate findings into care plans.
• Discuss progress with clients and set expectations for next steps.
• Maintain session notes in studio software and manage client follow-ups.
• Support community events and help grow the studio client base.
