Job summary

The Vital Stretch Mequon is opening its first southeastern Wisconsin location in River Centre, Mequon, offering one-on-one assisted stretching under a proprietary method designed by a Physical Therapist and Chiropractic Physician. The role focuses on delivering personalized care, conducting assessments, and guiding members toward better movement.

Ideal candidates are certified trainers or movement professionals, with evening and Saturday availability, and a commitment to the in-house

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in anatomy, movement, and helping people feel better.
• Strong communicator who explains things clearly.
• Reliable, professional, comfortable working hands-on with clients.
• Available for evening (5-8 PM) and Saturday shifts.
• Willingness to complete The Vital Stretch Method certification (paid training).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients across ages and mobility levels.
• Conduct Vital Signs screenings and translate findings into custom care plans.
• Educate clients about progress and next steps.
• Maintain session notes in studio software.
• Manage member base with check-ins and follow-ups.
• Set and hit monthly goals with leadership.
• Help create social media content.
• Keep the studio clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Support local community events.
