Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking dedicated education consultants to support students with special needs in 1:1 or small group settings. You will build rapport, foster a safe learning environment, and take direction from lead educators to assist in diverse classroom scenarios.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and putting students first.
• Empathetic with a growth mindset and drive to improve.
• State & federal background checks completed.
• TB risk assessment or test

Responsibilities

• Work closely with students with special needs in small groups or 1:1.
• Build rapport and trust with children in your care.
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist lead educators and follow directions as needed.
• Support varied scenarios including toileting and behavior management.
• Observe and communicate across indoor and outdoor settings.
