Chandler Unified School District seeks a Paraeducator Special Education – Learning Disability (Inclusion/Resource) to provide instructional support under supervision in a special education setting. This 6.5-hour/day role supports students with high-incidence disabilities and implements IEP goals.

Starting immediately, 1902 FT calendar or 1802 PT; salary grade 106; full benefits including retirement, health, life insurance, PTO, holidays, wellness, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• For TITLE 1 schools: associate degree or 60 hours or passing parapro exam.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support under supervision of a special education teacher.
• Reinforce material for students with disabilities.
• Assist with social-emotional development and behavior plans.
• Supervise students during activities and drills.
• Maintain classroom operations and confidentiality.

Education
