Job summary

Tuftonboro Central School in Tuftonboro, NH is seeking a friendly, energetic 1:1 Special Education Assistant to support an individual student in a K-6 setting. The paraprofessional will work with the student across academic and behavioral contexts, assist with data collection, and support small tasks within a team.

The position is 32.5 hours per week, with a start for the 2026-2027 school year, and includes benefits.

Qualifications

1:1 Special Education Assistant

Tuftonboro Central School is seeking a friendly, energetic and student centered paraprofessional to work with an individual student. The responsibilities include supporting the student across settings with academic and behavioral needs, data collection, assisting with some toileting and working as part of a team. Tuftonboro Central School is an elementary school serving students in grades K-6. This position will begin at the start of the 2026-2027 school year.

Working Conditions

The position is 32.5 hours per week, 6.5 hours a day and includes benefits.
