Job summary

ChildServe offers a temporary 1:1 Skill Development Parent role. You will provide personal care, supervise and train your child, and tailor activities to develop daily living skills. Shifts are flexible, mostly after 4pm or on weekends.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED, able to document observations, and have reliable internet access for online training. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for transportation duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED and be a parent of a child receiving ChildServe services.
• Strong oral and written communication; able to document observations and services accurately.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access for documentation and online training.
• Willing to transport as an authorized ChildServe driver with a valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care and skill development for your child.
• Engage your child in activities and teach daily living skills.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision.
• This is a temporary position offering flexible hours, with shifts after 4pm or on weekends.
