Job summary

A behavior support organization is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide urgent 1:1 support for a nonverbal child with autism in Richmond, CA. Candidates must have RBT certification or strong experience, and be able to manage challenging behaviors. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $34–$37/hour provided. Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention.
• Ability to manage aggressive episodes safely and professionally.
• Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required or willingness to obtain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA.
• Ensure client safety and document session notes.
