Job summary

Interim HealthCare RMC is seeking an LPN or RN for night-shift in Venetia-Peters Twp. You will provide in-home patient care per the plan of care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to achieve the best patient outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), daily pay option, and a focus on compassionate, one-on-one care. Licensure in the state and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program with current license.
• Current unrestricted license to practice as LPN/LVN/RN in the relevant state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with hygiene.
• Assess patient for further injuries or complications and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and aides to ensure patient outcomes.

As aLicensed Practical Nurses (LPN)(RN)you will:

• Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider'sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery
• Assessand document patient conditions and reportchangeas needed (vitals,blood/stool/urine, glucose,etc.)
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids,documenting thoroughly
• Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

To qualifyfor aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)(RN) positionwith us, you will need:

• Educational: Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN/RN and has a current license as a LPN/LVN/RN in the state(s) in which position is located
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)(RN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trachand/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
