Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to perform in-home patient care, delivering compassionate support and maintaining patient dignity. You will start new cases, train staff, and work primarily on the FIRST shift with occasional THIRD shift.

Daily Pay option is available and overtime is not required. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes for each patient in a private

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license required.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to care sites.
• Trach/ventilator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions; report changes as needed.
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for further injuries, infections, bedsores, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
