Interim HealthCare is seeking a Pediatric Home Health LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 care for a pediatric patient in Dalton, OH. You will deliver in-home nursing services according to the physician's plan, focusing on safety, comfort, and dignity.

The role features 1:1 pediatric care, a Friday–Sunday schedule (10-hour shifts, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM), and competitive pay of $28–$30 per hour with a daily pay option. Overtime is not required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient locations.
• Experience with NG tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators is preferred for this assignment.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care and nursing scope.
• Monitor and document patient's condition, vitals, and report changes.
• Provide NG tube care and care for patients with feeding tubes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator-related care as directed by the plan of care.
• Monitor for complications, changes in condition, or signs of infection.
• Collaborate with providers, family, and other healthcare professionals to support outcomes.
