Job summary

BAYADA's Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

You will provide one-on-one client care in home settings with flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts. Starting pay ranges from $35-40 per hour, client-specific, with benefits including weekly paychecks,

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skills with autonomy in the home.
