Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric private duty home care in the Phoenix area. You will join our Skilled Nursing team delivering high-quality, individualized care with compassion and reliability.

Full-time day shifts available (7a-7p). Starting pay $35–$40 per hour with a $3,000 retention bonus. BAYADA offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home for private duty pediatric care.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in the home.
