Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Phoenix is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric private duty care in the home. Expect daytime shifts with client-specific schedules and a starting pay of $35–$40 per hour, plus a $3,000 retention bonus.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, one-on-one client care, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for scholarship and training. PRN and other benefits apply as noted.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• A current nursing license in good standing in Arizona is required.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Tracheostomy experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home for pediatric private duty care.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations.
• Provide autonomous, hands-on care in the home setting.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
