Job summary

Bancroft is hiring 1:1 paraprofessionals for our Pre-School & Early Education programs in Moorestown, NJ. This role supports teachers and works one-on-one with students under supervision, helping implement individualized plans and behavior goals.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (35 hours per week) with a pay rate of $20.17 to $22.63 per hour. Prior experience with developmental disabilities is preferred and a high school diploma or higher is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with direct support experience preferred.
• 30 college credits with related work experience; or Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing classroom instruction to meet educational needs.
• Provide one-to-one support to the assigned student.
• Observe and track student behavior and assist in data collection and reporting.
• Support safe and conducive classroom environment and collaborate with teachers.
