Job summary

Solian t? (Note: company name Soliant is used) Soliant is seeking a part-time speech-language pathologist to provide direct services in a middle school near Tiverton, RI. The role centers on 1:1 therapy, IEP collaboration with staff and families, and progress documentation.

The position offers flexible school-hour schedules and a supportive team environment, with emphasis on meaningful impact for students’ communication development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active ASHA CCC certification.
• State licensure or eligibility in Rhode Island.
• Experience delivering speech therapy in schools.
• Familiar with middle school-aged students and pediatric 1:1 therapy.
• Strong communication, flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to middle school students one-to-one.
• Develop and implement IEPs with school staff and families.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments as needed.
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation per district/state guidelines.
• Communicate progress, challenges and strategies with teachers, staff and families.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.
